Transport connections
Driving in the direction from Olomouc – Drive along the motorway D1. In Ostrava take the motorway exit point on the right no 361 Mistecka (in the direction of the city centre). In the ring-road turn to the left and go straight on along the street Slovenska. At the end of the straight turn to the right into the street Hlucinska and continue straight on. The street changes smoothly into the avenue Sokolska (keep going straight). On the left you will pass the „New Town Hall“ (high building with turrets). At its end the avenue Sokolska changes into the Biskupska street (directly ahead). At the end of this street a T-intersection with traffic lights is placed, (there is the river Ostravice in front of you), turn there to the right. Then turning second to the right you will enter storey parking place at the exhibition grounds.
Driving in the direction from Opava – Drive along the road no 11. On the signalized intersection near the Technical University of Ostrava („VSB“) continue directly ahead along the road no 479 (along tram tracks) as far as the Ostrava city center is. Once the tracks in the centre of Ostrava split up in left and right, go 100m further straight on. When the theatre of Antonin Dvorak appears in front of you, turn to the right. The parking place is situated behind the theatre.
Driving in the direction from Frydek-Mistek – Drive along the road no 56 nearly to the centre of Ostrava. In the Mistecka street you will pass the railway station Ostrava-centre („Ostrava- stred“) on the right side. Turn behind it to the right taking the slip-road towards the city centre. Enter the street 28.rijna and continue driving directly ahead. Once you see tram tracks in the centre of Ostrava splitting up in left and right, go 100m further straight on. When the theatre of Antonin Dvorak appears in front of you, turn to the right. The parking place is situated behind the theatre.
